About Assure
The foundation of Assure Reporting and Assure Family Office is service. In Assure Reporting, we offer our customers a comprehensive overview of wealth, risk and return regardless of the complexity of their assets. Assure Family Office is a shared family office for private wealth holders.
Our philosophy is that there is no right or wrong setup for your wealth. Nor is there a right or wrong manager or business partner. We are your independent sounding board and we support the relationships you already have.
Assure Reporting serves private wealth holders with assets over DKK 100 million, as well as foundations, utilities, family offices, insurance companies and corporations with consolidated wealth reporting.
The reporting is based on automatic collection of data from 35 banks in Denmark and abroad, and we report on total assets of more than DKK 1,450 billion.
Assure was founded in 2014. Since then, the growth curve has increased every year. We have continuously expanded our service with new products and business areas and today we employ 25 people. In April 2024, we changed our name from Assure Wealth to Assure A/S, and we also market ourselves as: Assure Reporting and Assure Family Office.
We have a sister company
Assure Fondsmæglerselskab (formerly Miranova Fondsmæglerselskab) specializes in wealth management and investment advice in cost-effective securities portfolios within the listed universe.
In 2022, Miranova Fondsmæglerselskab became our sister company. We joined forces to offer a complete package of asset management, monitoring and reporting. Our customers demanded it. In April 2024, the company changed its name to Assure Fondsmæglerselskab.
Assure Fondsmæglerselskab provides asset management and advice to Danish investors and works independently of banks, pension companies and financial products and does not receive any commission and has no income from trading in securities. Assure Fondsmæglerselskab is solely remunerated by the customer.
The company manages more than DKK 10 billion for more than 600 Danish customers. The company was established in 2012 and received a stockbroker license in 2013. The company has 8 employees.
Organization
The two organizations are legally independent companies and all activities and business areas are run independently of each other. Both companies are owned by Assure Wealth Holding.

Klaus Lauenborg Breitenstein, CEO (born 1969)
Klaus has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Administration and Auditing from CBS (Copenhagen Business School) and has worked in the financial sector since 1996. The combination of his education in auditing and his experience from the financial sector makes Klaus fully understand the importance of bridging the gaps between clients' financial investment universe, reporting and bookkeeping and accounting.
Jacob Grosen, COO (born 1981)
Jacob holds an MSc in Business Administration. from Aarhus University BSS, and has since worked in the financial sector, primarily in the middle office. Jacob is responsible for consolidated portfolio reporting on all customer asset types, risk statements and the IT solutions that Assure offers.
