About Assure
The foundation of Assure is service. We have two business areas, Assure Reporting and Assure Family Office.
With Assure Reporting, we make complex wealth simpler to understand. We specialize in giving private wealth holders, foundations, companies and institutions a clear overview of their wealth, risk and return - all in one place. The reporting is based on automatic retrieval of data from more than 35 banks in Denmark and abroad, and we report on total assets of more than DKK 170 billion.
Our philosophy is that there is no right or wrong setup for your wealth. Nor is there a right or wrong manager or business partner. We are your independent sounding board and we support the relationships you already have.
Our digital platforms are built to deliver high security and ease of use, and we continuously develop our technology to remain a leader in wealth reporting.
Assure has an ISAE 3402 Type 2 Statement of Assurance. The audit statement is a guarantee that our processes and internal controls meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. For our customers, this means increased security and peace of mind.
At Assure Family Office, our customers have direct access to a shared family office for wealthy individuals. Everyone is connected to a team of experts in administrative and accounting services who solve a myriad of tasks for Danish families with significant wealth. These services, popularly known as Family Office services, include the administration and follow-up of all aspects of our customers' wealth.
Assure was founded in 2014 and the development of the company's services is always done in close collaboration with our customers.
Our ambition is to become the preferred partner for Danish wealthy individuals, companies, foundations, insurance companies, etc. with complex assets.
Assure A/S has been named Børsen Gazelle in both 2023 and 2024.
In 2024, Spar Nord and BDO named us Success Company 2024, and they describe the award as follows: "A recognition for continuously succeeding in creating growth and solid financial results over a number of years. A tribute to the long haul."
Our sister company Assure Fondsmæglerselskab provides wealth management and investment advice and works independently of banks, pension companies and asset managers. The company specializes in cost-effective investment strategies, ETFs and index funds.
Assure Fondsmæglerselskab was granted a fund broker license in 2013, and the company manages more than DKK 11 billion for more than 600 Danish customers.

Klaus Lauenborg Breitenstein, CEO (born 1969)
Klaus has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Administration and Auditing from CBS (Copenhagen Business School) and has worked in the financial sector since 1996. The combination of his education in auditing and his experience from the financial sector makes Klaus fully understand the importance of bridging the gaps between clients' financial investment universe, reporting and bookkeeping and accounting.
Jacob Grosen, COO (born 1981)
Jacob holds an MSc in Business Administration. from Aarhus University BSS, and has since worked in the financial sector, primarily in the middle office. Jacob is responsible for consolidated portfolio reporting on all customer asset types, risk statements and the IT solutions that Assure offers.
