Sabbatical job at Assure Family Office

Assure Family Office is a multifunctional family office that uses proprietary applications to create the independent wealth overview of the future across banks and asset managers. We also help our customers with 360-degree administration, both for them privately and in Holding.

We are currently looking for a new employee in our family office who is interested in trying out their financial and service-related skills. Our main purpose in the family office is to ensure our customers' satisfaction. We achieve this by striving to always be proactive and maintain a continuous dialog, both internally and with our customers.

You will be part of our family office team with the opportunity for direct sparring on your tasks with the CFO and other colleagues in the company. We currently have several students and have previously had success with hiring sabbatical employees as students at the start of their studies.

Your primary tasks

You'll have plenty of opportunities to shape your role based on your interests and commitment. Your tasks will include, for example, invoice payment, bookkeeping and cash management. However, no two days are the same, as we help our customers with everything from drafting contracts, auditing material, interest rate optimization on bank accounts and much more.

Who are you?

As a starting point, you are finishing your 3rd year at an HHX, or you are finishing your 1st gap year and looking for a new challenge for your 2nd gap year.

We would like you to have knowledge of some of the following areas:

• Bookkeeping - basic knowledge of debit/credit
• Economic terms - general knowledge and understanding of economic terms and abbreviations
• Office suite - be proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint

As the work involves direct dialog with customers and stakeholders, it is important that you as a person have a can-do attitude and are comfortable talking to people you don't necessarily have prior knowledge of.

You will generally be employed part-time until you have completed any upper secondary education and then continue full-time during your gap year.
