Assure Wealth A/S joins forces with Miranova A/S to offer independent wealth management and reporting

Assure Wealth A/S and Miranova Fondsmæglerselskab A/S merge. This makes the first Danish company to offer both 100 percent independent investment advice and consolidated asset reporting a reality.
With effect from 1 January 2023, Assure Wealth A/S, the wealth reporting specialists, and Miranova Fondsmæglerselskab A/S will be merged under common ownership. This paves the way for the growing group of Danes who want more out of their investments with unbiased wealth management and low costs - and not least a unified reporting of their complex wealth across their various banks and asset managers.
The merger follows strong customer demand in both companies.
Assure Wealth's clients are increasingly seeking advice on managing their wealth based on the knowledge and transparency that the total wealth overview provides. At the same time, Miranova's clients are demanding reporting solutions that provide them with a comprehensive overview of their portfolio across managers and asset types.
CEO of Assure Wealth, Klaus Breitenstein elaborates:
"At Assure Wealth, we provide wealth reporting and family office administrative solutions for clients who have complex wealth structures. We find that many clients also want unbiased expertise to invest in cost-effective securities portfolios within the listed universe because it increases return opportunities. We have not been able to accommodate this until now. So with Miranova to facilitate portfolios of ETFs and index funds, we can help our clients 360 degrees with asset management, monitoring and reporting. That's why it makes perfect sense for Assure Wealth and Miranova to join forces."
Better bottom line for investors
According to Miranova CEO Rune Wagenitz Sørensen, the new constellation offers several benefits to Miranova's customers.
"By joining forces with a specialist company that reports returns of €140 billion for their clients, we gain access to unique expertise and the infrastructure that Assure Wealth has built to offer clients a unified view across their banks. We are strengthening the foundation so that even more Danes can benefit from index investing, the obvious choice for all investors," he says, adding:
"Banks will not voluntarily give Danes lower costs so they can keep more of the return, but we will! What we are now creating together with Assure Wealth is a single entity that matches investors' total wealth management and reporting needs."
In addition to consolidated reporting, Miranova's clients will also be able to use Assure Wealth's Multi Family Office, thus outsourcing the administrative tasks associated with their wealth.
Both current organisations are retained. The only change is joint ownership through a common holding company. The merger is subject to approval by the FSA. This is expected to happen before the end of the year.
All current activities and business lines will continue unchanged in the two companies.
